One of the movies that forced me to start rating on a ten tier scale. Gummo as a whole is a disturbing and postapocalyptic visit to the fringes of society. But even though it makes me feel so dirty that I need to take a shower after watching it, it loses momentum about halfway through and I can't shake the feeling that there is/was something there that Korine missed, if just barely.
