Fun and instructive read/listen, as the author covers a lot of topics with good humour, while still keeping the necessary seriousness when dealing with important issues. I'm not a fan of every other author having to prop up a new theory with its own slogan, we have too many of these already - radical candor, radical vulnerability etc - and in the end these are all pretty much the same thing on different clothing. But that's a part of advocacy; finding new ways to reach those who need it. Re-packaging kindness towards self and others in a thousand different ways might just be what we have to keep doing.
