Strange

This weird little slasher (biter?) movie involves a murderer (indelibly warped after a childhood encounter with a chicken head-biting carnival geek) paroled from prison after twenty years. Immediately after Luther's release, he begins murdering people at random, biting their throats out with a pair of metal dentures he constructed himself. When a suburban mom heads home, he chooses to make her his next target. The rest of the movie is pretty simple and mostly dialogue-free; Luther tries to kill the people that wander into his path, and they try to evade him and fight back. This isn't a horrible movie, but it's not particularly interesting, either. Luther himself is sort of novel as a fairly clumsy killer who bites people to death and constantly clucks like a chicken. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of cutting social commentary in the parole scene, either, the parole board just made a mistake when voting 3-2 to release a guy who turned out to be completely unreformed. Strange and mostly plot-free.
