Better than its reputation

This movie is getting some flack because Matt Damon and Ben Affleck have let on in interviews that Netflix had them dumb down the movie with repetitive scenes and dialogue so that the audience--who are expected to be multitasking rather than giving the movie their whole attention--wouldn't get lost. There is definitely some of that present, but despite the over-obviousness there's a bit of suspense, some decent action, and a couple twists. Not terrible, just forgettable.
