The first half alone is worth whatever you paid to see this. It's incredibly intense and at times even nasty. Unfortunately, it changes pace about halfway through and turns into something half incomprehensible instead. However, around that same time a postapocalyptic feel starts to permeate the movie, which keep my interest going. This is a good step beyond your average splatter/horror flick!
