I really enjoyed the beginning because it perfectly mixed spooky suspense with humor. But after the main threat was finally shown, I felt the movie completely fell apart. The characters started doing really stupid things, very repetitive and acting like totally different people. So many unexplained events and unnecessary choices. The story got really messy, it tried to be a big 80s adventure film but it didn’t really work.
