More misses than hits

The whole premise of the show is amateur comedians picked at random having one minute to perform a standup routine, after which their performance is judged and there's a brief interview. Given the nature of the show, inevitably most of the performances are not great. Repeat performing "legends" and pro touring comedians are also showcased, but--oddly--they're usually not much better than the amateurs. I usually like Dave Attell and Jeffrey Ross, but they really phone it in, here. One nice thing is show creator Tony Hinchcliffe's willingness to feature disabled comedians, however. This special alone features multiple disabled comics, each of whom get the same consideration (and roasting) as the able-bodied folks. Comedy is for everyone.
