My name is James "Jim" Ed Randson. I am a part-time software developer, package maintainer at OBS (openSUSE Build Service) for Emulators:Waydroid and my personal repos, and I am also an independent journalist. I am also a VTuber, but not my primary priority for now. I am also a disabled person that diagnosed with bipolar disorder and psychosis, so be careful when you connect with me.

In these instances, I want to do some journalism stuff that is related to anything that I am interested in. But not too much politics, especially about U.S stuff. We're dotmeow, a queer-run community project to register the gTLD .meow. But not only for meows and giggles! The profits of this gTLD shall go to community causes, turning every domain into queer community support, especially focusing on trans issues.

While we've already passed the ICANN Application Support Program, we're just now launching our web & social media presence(s). So while there's not much to see here yet, follow us if you're interested in registering a .meow domain and potentially supporting us in the way -- crowdfunding TBA soon.

I love how every time I'm faced with making an #introduction , I don't know what to say anymore.

I am a writer and poet who dabbles in a bit of art and design. I read the #tarot and my tarot group gives me joy. I just started a POEM CLUB where I send out a poem-of-the-month to subscribers (First Month Count: 3). I also do custom poems.

I'm constantly starting or restarting something creative.

I worked in IT for some time, mostly sysadm, web, lots of Perl, Linux, SQL.

I once tried academia but it didn't make me happy. However, I wrote a book about the Sicilian mafia.

I spent about ten years at university, and had lots of fun, and got a MSc in CS & math, and MA in history & Italian. Wrote GNU M4.
