Psychopathie ou sociopathie, ce type a un trouble de la personnalité antisociale. Les critères de l'autisme ne comprennent aucune valeur morale, cependant ils excluent le mensonge pathologique, le recours à la manipulation, des comportements de prédation et/ou de violence pour son propre plaisir, une indifférence à sa propre douleur ou menace de souffrance.
