Metabolism (代謝) 是生物體不斷進行物質和能量交換的過程，一旦物質和能量交換停止，生命就會結束。人類攝食，在消化系統內把食物分解，再合成我們所需要的養份去維持生命。除了進食真正的食物外，我們一天到晚也吃進好多情緒，有意識或無意識地。若不小心吃得太多無益的情緒而不自知，便會使生命枯萎。音樂就像是一個巨大的廣場，讓我們交換能量。我們在這廣場中要覺察，自我對話，把這些或好的或壞的情緒轉換成養份，讓心靈好好成長。
雷同二友 (謝芊彤、謝芊蕾)《METABOLISM》這張EP將她們各種階段的情緒都放進去，讓聽眾感受到她們歌曲中所經歷的情緒代謝過程外，也想讓樂迷自己在音樂中能夠轉換能量，和自己好好對話。雷同二友由《八芭啦笨爸》想用魔法把簡單的快樂帶給這個城市；到渴望自己能踏出舒適圈、面對心中恐懼的《Face It Don’t Run》；希望為絕望的人帶來一點光的《等多一天》；寫一片天空聽聽自己牽掛的《白雲會告訴我》，以及發現現實比夢境更恐怖的《噩夢》。她們二人一直用音樂梳理自己的混亂和迷惘，並希望她們的作品能成為大家的廣場，可以在這裡代謝自己的憂傷與失落。

美国波特兰女歌手Alexandra Savior带来全新专辑《The Archer》，主打歌曲《But You》。新专辑由Sam Cohen操刀制作，他此前曾为Kevin Morby, Danger Mouse, and Karen O等歌手制作过专辑。
