虽然说开篇就是同性恋们亲热的场景，但我觉得他们很多人心里还是存在着害怕和自卑的，而性也因此成为他们证明自己的唯一方式，性是他们唯一剩下的领地，所以奈德一开始开那个会的时候根本没有人在乎，甚至认为他是在污名化。主席其实也不敢公开自己的身份，很多人虽然圈里人知道，但并不愿意让外界了解或者讳莫如深，并不愿意站出来带领同性恋群体去做真正有效的抗争，反而觉得奈德是在借机炒作，连自己都不愿意真正为自己的群体发声，世界又怎么听到这沉默的大多数的声音。还有就是如果艾滋病不是异性恋者也会得的话，再死十倍的人也不会有人管的，掌权者第一在意的永远是自己所在团体的利益。

虽然平日里会觉得温暖的故事太过庸俗，像是想在灰暗的背景上拙劣堆砌起明亮的颜料来，但其实灰暗的小人物的心里，也能自然地发出光来，或许不会戏剧性地中头奖，不会一切都发生地恰到好处，但有时心安满足的快乐，也会像心里开了一朵花一样，尽管在别人眼里未必美，但也是花呀。

虽然认真探讨这种穿越自然会有很多逻辑上的硬伤，但毕竟这不是一部科幻片所以也不用讨论这些，然而我觉得在修正在使某个过去完美的时候，同时也掐断了其他的可能性，每一秒钟都有上万条分岔，顺着不完美走下去，也会有意外的风景，我是觉得恋爱里没有必要做到次次完美，不完美，笨拙反而会显得可爱，一切都完美，完美也就成了平淡的代名词。如果穿越时空并不像时空恋旅人而更接近于蝴蝶效应呢，而且总觉得穿越时空的结果应该更接近于蝴蝶效应，牵一发而动全身，即便抱着使一切变好的愿景，现实也未必会如此啊。

没读过原著，所以很难比较来看，不过我觉得“女性不必通过逃离婚姻来证明自己是独立的有价值的个体”这样的观点的提出是很有意义的，就像人们在逃避某些刻板印象的同时其实也从反面肯定了这个刻板印象，而自己也被圈禁在另一个刻板印象里，其实并没有得到真正的解放。Jo此前对于婚姻的抗拒就是出于害怕婚姻会使她成为和那个时代绝大多数女性一样的女人，其价值只是作为丈夫的附属而存在，但她似乎又无法克制住自己对于被爱的冲动。不过Jo和那位教授的对手戏总感觉不够多而显得后来剧情的发展有些仓促。Amy的存在，个人觉得是肯定了女性也拥有追求物质和地位，满足欲望的权力，她无疑是姐妹中看得最通透的人，有野心也很现实。
