节目相比系列前作扩展了年龄层和内容，主题是倾听需要安慰的人们的故事产生共鸣，一起解决心理问题。
除了主要顾问吴恩英博士外，其他MC确定为郑亨敦、李允智和朴娜勑。
郑亨敦在《我金子般的孩子》和《金子授业》后继续出演该系列节目，李允智也将继续担任共鸣精灵的角色，对故事发送者的心情共情并提供安慰。
最后朴娜勑是首次与吴恩英博士合作，栏目组表示：“包括真诚、慰藉、共感，还有乐趣和笑容，因为比谁都对心理咨询真心，请期待节目播出。”
