Beginning Arduino
Douban
Michael McRoberts publishing house: Apress; 1 edition 2010
In Beginning Arduino, you will learn all about the popular Arduino microcontroller by working your way through an amazing set of 50 cool projects. You'll progress from a complete beginner regarding Arduino programming and electronics knowledge to intermediate skills and the confidence to create your own amazing Arduino projects. Absolutely no experience in programming or electronics required! Rather than requiring you to wade through pages of theory before you start making things, this book has a handson approach. You will dive into making projects right from the start, learning how to use various electronic components and how to program the Arduino to control or communicate with those components. Each project is designed to build upon the knowledge learned in earlier projects and to further your knowledge in programming as well as skills with electronics. By the end of the book you will be able create your own projects confidently and with creativity. What you’ll learn * Controlling LEDs * Displaying text and graphics on LCD displays * Making a line-following robot * Using touch screens * Using digital pressure sensors * Reading and writing data to SD cards * Connecting your Arduino to the Internet Who this book is for Electronics enthusiasts who are new to the Arduino as well as artists and hobbyists who want to learn this very popular platform for physical computing and electronic art.

Come to Daddy is a double EP by the British electronic music artist Aphex Twin. The EP's lead single, and the first track on the EP, "Come to Daddy (Pappy Mix)"—often simply called "Come to Daddy"—is one of Aphex Twin's best-known songs; it peaked at number 36 on the UK Singles Chart. Come to Daddy has been described as featuring drum and bass beats throughout. Each mix of "Come to Daddy" is seemingly unrelated, with the "Little Lord Faulteroy" and "Mummy" mixes bearing no noticeable resemblance to the original "Pappy" mix. "To Cure a Weakling Child (Contour Regard)" is a remix of the song "To Cure a Weakling Child" from Richard D. James Album. Six of Come to Daddy's eight tracks feature vocals. According to Sean Booth of Autechre, James' track "Bucephalus Bouncing Ball" is a reaction to their track "Drane", to which they then replied with the track "Drane2".

Selected Ambient Works Volume II (abbreviated as SAW II[1]) is a studio album by the British electronic music artist and producer Aphex Twin. It was released on 7 March 1994 through Warp Records. Its title follows James's ambient techno debut Selected Ambient Works 85–92, but Volume II largely features purely ambient music. James was inspired by lucid dreaming and likened the album to "standing in a power station on acid."[2] Most of the tracks on Selected Ambient Works Volume II were untitled and represented with abstract photographs and pie charts. Fan-named, unofficial titles are still widely used today.
