黄段子学生会将继续动画化，当资深粉丝的你听到这个消息时，不免又会想到“第二季”吧，可惜的是，这回还是OAD！
随着漫画《妄想学生会》第七卷的最新发售，新的情报又随之出炉了。根据第七卷普通版腰封显示（如图），《妄想学生会》的漫画第8卷也将与本卷一样，推出附赠DVD限定版！又是限定版？氏家ト全你就这么想提高四格漫画的销量？不过，至今为止的《妄想学生会》也算是十分良心，虽然还看不到第二季的影子，不过继第一季13集之后，已经累计了三部OAD加一部OVA，照这个样子下去，再过不了多久就可以直接整理出一季动画了。
《妄想学生会》是漫画家氏家ト全的一部四格漫画作品，起初在《MAGAZINE SPECIAL》上连载一年，后转战《周刊少年Magazine》连载再开，至今为止单行本共发行七卷。本作最初于2010年7月电视动画化，共播出13集，随后便获得极高的人气（大家莫非都喜欢黄段子？），至今为止希望出第二季的呼声仍未曾间断，不过官方仍旧走不紧不慢地OVA路线，或许是在等原作漫画剧情进一步积累成熟吧。
本作以高中学生会为题材，故事的舞台为私立樱才学园，樱才学园本是女子高中，但由于少子化问题的影响而改为男女合校。而男主人公津田隆利身为改制后第一年入学的新生，在机缘巧合之下被强行拉入学生会，虽然学生会里都是美丽并且聪明的女孩子，但是这三位女生的性格都非常特别，学生会的日常就是黄段子的集合，而津田无止境的吐槽生活也随之开始了。

Five police officers in Hong Kong are kidnapped. The police commissioner is on a business trip overseas. Two vice commissioners, Sean Rau and M.B. Lee, then take over the case. The two vice commissioners are rivals who both vie for the police commissioner seat. At first, M.B. Lee takes the lead in the case, but comes to a dead end. Sean Lau then takes the lead, but he falls into a trap. Both men are then investigated by the ICAC (Independent Commission Against Corruption).

三木律师事务所的菜鸟黛真知子（新垣结衣 饰）为了帮一起谋杀案的当事人洗刷清白，在社长秘书泽地（小池荣子 饰）的指点下，找到了传奇律师古美门研介（堺雅人 饰）。古美门拥有极高的辩护才能，为了赢得胜利不惜使用任何手段，他至今保持着骄人的全胜纪录，也曾经是三木（生濑胜久 饰） 麾下的得意门生。但是5年前的一起事件导致这两大律师界巨擘的决裂。看在巨额律师费的份上，古美门同意出山，他凭借巧舌如簧、颠倒黑白的能力赢得诉讼。在此之后，黛加入古美门的事务所继续作为律师的修行，而接下来一连串的官司又将古美门和三木沉疴已久的旧怨重新摆上桌面。
这也是一场法律和正义的较量……

活泼可爱运动拿手的元气少女押本百合（渡部优衣 配音），拥有着及其强大的吐槽能力。身材娇小，在运动方面毫无天赋的新庄香苗（三森玲子 配音），实际上是一个脑袋里只有电影的狂热影迷。留着妹妹头的高宫茄乃（鸣海杏子 配音），其真实身份是出生显赫的千金大小姐，认为生命中的一切问题都能够用钱解决。一口关西腔，温柔可靠的板东鞠萌（花泽香菜 配音），真正的爱好居然是把别人的内裤套在头上？！四个女孩虽然隶属于网球部，却整天干着和打网球八竿子打不到一起去的事情，关于她们的日常就此拉开帷幕。
