A tramp falls in love with a beautiful blind flower girl. His on-and-off friendship with a wealthy man allows him to be the girl's benefactor and suitor.

阿雄（郭富城 饰）在暑假期间在游艇会打工，在往返宿舍的路上有一幅巨型海报，报中人Michelle（关之琳 饰）正是阿雄梦中情人的模样，雄便常常幻想能与情人甜蜜约会。帅气的雄使许多女孩子神魂颠倒，但他仍然钟情于美丽的Michelle。没想到梦中情人会出现在阿雄的面前，两人渐渐熟络，阿雄生活中处处帮忙Michelle。但Michelle觉得与对方的身份地位十分悬殊，关系无法进一步发展。
