'Vitamins' is a celebration of some of the things that make me appreciate being alive and conscious. 'Apprehension' is an interpretation of the realization that I want a future for myself as well as an admission of the unexpected complexities that arose following this realization. The story is told from the perspective of a young boy who finds it difficult to accept that he loves watching the sun rise. '비타민과 우려'는 두 부분으로 구성되어 있습니다. '비타민'은 제가 살아 있다는 것에 감사하게 되는 날들을 기념하는 부분이고, '우려'는 미래를 원한다는 깨달음을 해석하고 이 깨달음에 따라 생겨난 복잡함을 인정하는 부분입니다. 일출 보는 것을 몰래 좋아하는 어린 소년의 입장에서 쓴 앨범입니다.
