Picking up one year after the end of the first series, while Fleabag appears to be more at ease with herself and her newly bustling café, her family seems to be whirling into further turmoil around her. Having not spoken to her sister since we last left her, Fleabag reconnects with Claire at their father’s engagement party, which turns out to be far from a celebration. There, she meets a Catholic priest who turns her life upside down… Series 2 is an exploration into everything that makes us human: love, religion, hope and heartbreak.

A bittersweet portrait into the mind of a dry-witted, sexual, angry, porn-watching, grief-riddled woman, trying to make sense of the world. As she hurls herself headlong at modern living, Fleabag is thrown roughly up against the walls of contemporary London, with all its frenetic energy, late nights, and bright lights, in this very modern mix of fatalism and hedonism, sustaining a merry-go-round of broken dreamers. By turns hilarious and heartbreaking, this is the thoroughly disarming confessional of a woman so totally detached, she’s utterly lost, and ultimately wondering what the hell she ought to be doing in life. Much like the rest of us.

His Dark Materials is set in an alternative world where all humans have animal companions called dæmons, which are the manifestation of the human soul. The series follows the life of young Lyra (Dafne Keen) who is an orphan living with the scholars at Jordan College, Oxford. As in Pullman's novel, Lyra discovers a dangerous secret that involves Lord Asriel (James McAvoy) and Marisa Coulter (Ruth Wilson). In her search for her missing friend, Lyra also uncovers a slew of kidnappings and its link to the mysterious substance called Dust. Director Otto Bathurst explained that some elements of the book and film had been changed to give the series a more modern feel, compared to the original's Victoriana fantasy. The series is set to premiere on 3 November 2019 on BBC One in the United Kingdom and 4 November on HBO in the United States and other markets.

Travelling to different Italian regions, they uncover a changed Italy in some areas and a fiercely traditional, mostly untouched world in others. In each of the four hour-long episodes, Carluccio and Contaldo will create dishes using recipes, ingredients and influences they discover along their gastronomic journey as well as some of their own favourite traditional meals. The journey is distinctly personal, drawing upon Antonio and Gennaro’s upbringing in Italy through their memories and anecdotes, whilst reflecting their sometimes fractious, often hilarious relationship.
