Smooth and steamy slow-jams sure to set the mood. The London electro-soul duo are unabashed romantics (the name HONNE was inspired by the Japanese word for "true desires”) and they lay it all out on their downtempo debut LP. “Girl, you could be with anyone,” Andy Clutterbuck croons on the title track, “so thanks for making me your number one.”

British trio Alt-J have shared the first single 3WW off their forthcoming record Relaxer.

alt-J today announced their second album, This Is All Yours to be released on September 22nd via Infectious plus an European extensive tour. Their previous album An Awesome Wave was met with great reviews and the band quickly became a festival favorite back in 2012. The band was also awarded the Mercury Music Prize. While little is known about the album, except the cover art and the track list, it's definitely a sophomore album to look forward to. While we wait for the first single to get released, below is a short interview from a few months back with the band talking about the recording process.

An Awesome Wave is the debut studio album by English indie rock band alt-J, released on 25 May 2012 by Infectious Records. The album includes the singles "Matilda"/"Fitzpleasure", "Breezeblocks" and "Tessellate". It peaked at number thirteen on the UK Albums Chart, and also charted in Belgium, France, Netherlands and Switzerland. An Awesome Wave won the 2012 British Barclaycard Mercury Prize, and in 2013 was named Album of the Year at the Ivor Novello Awards.

Apollo presents a sublime mini album from Melbourne duo Albrecht La’Brooy AKA Sean La'Brooy and Alex Albrecht which will appeal to fans of Suzanne Kraft, Tornado Wallace and Dawn Of Midi. The release is inspired by a visit to the beautiful Wilson's Promontory, a remote national park on the South East coast of Australia. The tracklisting runs from morning through to nightime and tries to capture the feeling of each snapshot in time. Their music is a delicate fusion of ambient electronic textures, live instrumentation and field recordings - gauzy guitar melodies, dreamy synth arpeggios and throbbing rthymic pulses that feels equally at home in outdoor amphitheatres as well as dark nightclubs Alternating between their cosmic/balearic deep house and more laid back introspections, Tidal River's gorgeously lush sounds are remarkably consistent - rich, warm and organic with an emphasis on atmosphere and the transportation of the listener. Each track was the fruit of Albrecht La’Brooy’s long improvised jamming process Heavily involved in their local scene, the duo co-run the Analogue Attic imprint, "Championing this gentler side of electronic music in Australia” which has proven a fertile incubator for their own development, across a series of ambitious and ear catching EPS, alongside local cohorts such as Sleep D, Rings Around Saturn and Udmo. This involvement also extends to including local players on their recording sessions as well as their cosmic live shows. The Tidal River album includes a quartet of jazz musicians including label-mate Matthew Hayes on bass guitar, guitarist Oliver Paterson, Spanish Cajon courtesy of Joseph Batrouney and night time saxophone debut by Josh Kelly. With the stunning Tidal River forthcoming on Apollo 2018 looks set to be a very bright year for Albrecht La’Brooy

Siouxsie and the Banshees、The Cure、New Order、Cocteau Twins以至Aaliyah音乐养分而来的浪漫声响，却敲醒了层层冰雪底层的炙热，写尽了这时代人们藏得最深的孤寂。 2014年乐队灵魂人物Jamie xx首张创作专辑《In Colour》，在The xx失去时空标记的未来场域，投入大量多元声响取洋的缤纷色泽，让人预见了The xx的可能性，亦塑造出暌违五年新专辑《I See You》首支单曲〈On Hold〉的蜕变，与Hall & Oates 1981年冠军曲〈I Can’t Go For That〉交会之际一脚踩进舞池，让好似被时间消磨了的遗憾，不再那麽难以承受，冬阳洒落的和煦蔓延至〈I Dare You〉与〈Say Something Loving〉，依旧浪漫得执拗。 Alessi Brothers〈Do You Feel It?〉的琴音乍现，对映著取洋了同一首歌的〈Say Something Loving〉，麻木了心，模糊了时空，即使在阳光洒落的地方，The xx依旧以近乎任性的执著，耽溺于怀疑与悔恨的结，最亲密的疏离，最炙热的冷冽，让人倚著冰牆试图取暖，距离心一步的位置，目光犹疑试探，却怎麽也踩不进去的怅然。

--- tonyyin

1992 Moby 1993 Ambient 1995 Everything Is Wrong 1996 Animal Rights 1996 Everything Is Wrong: DJ Mix Album 1997 I Like to Score 1998 Animal Rights [Japan] 1998 Animal Rights [UK Bonus Disc] 1999 Play 年度 合　辑 1993 Early Underground 1995 Mixmag Live!, Vol. 7 1996 Rare: Collected B-Sides 1999 Story So Far 年度 单　曲 1991 Next Is the E 1991 Drop a Beat [EP] 1992 Go Remixes [EP] 1993 All That I Need Is to Be Loved 1994 Hymn [UK #1] 1994 Hymn [UK #2] 1994 Hymn [US] 1994 Feeling So Real 1994 Move EP [EP] 1995 Everytime You Touch Me 1995 Bring Back My Happiness [EP] 1995 Into the Blue (Remixes) 1996 That's When I Reach for My Revolver 1996 Animal Rights 1996 Come on Baby 1997 The James Bond Theme [US] 1997 James Bond Theme: Re-Version 1998 Honey [UK #1] 1998 Honey [UK #2] 1998 Honey [US CD #1] 1998 Honey [US CD #2] 1998 Honey [US 12"] 1998 Honey (Remixes) 1999 Run On [UK LP Single] 1999 Run On [Germany LP Single] 1999 Honey 1999 Bodyrock [UK] 1999 Bodyrock [US] 1999 Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad?
