Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels, originally released in Japan as Super Mario Brothers 2 (スーパーマリオブラザーズ2 Sūpā Mario Burazāzu Tsū?) and as Super Mario Bros. For Super Players in Super Mario Bros. Deluxe, is a platforming video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Family Computer Disk System. First released in Japan on June 3, 1986, it is the direct sequel to Super Mario Bros.. A 16-bit remake was released as part of Super Mario Collection in Japan with a subtitle known as For Super Players, which was also used in Super Mario Bros. Deluxe.

Super Mario Bros. 3 (スーパーマリオブラザーズ3 Sūpā Mario Burazāzu Surī?) is a platform video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Famicom/NES, and is the third game in the Super Mario series. The game was released in Japan in 1988, in the United States in 1990, and in Europe in 1991. Development was handled by Nintendo Entertainment Analysis and Development, led by Shigeru Miyamoto, who directed the game along with Takashi Tezuka.

全名《超级马里奥兄弟》，是任天堂公司出品的著名横版过关游戏，最早在红白机上推出，有多款后续作品，迄今多个版本合共销量已突破4000万套。其中的主角马里奥、路易、桃子公主、蘑菇王子等等已成为任天堂的招牌人物。主角马里奥日文原名マリオ，英文译作Mario，在译成中文时因时代不同，华语圈地区不同而译作“马力欧”“玛丽”等情况也确有存在。根据任天堂公布的官方中文译名和牛津词典，现在一般称为“马里奥”。

《超级马里奥：奥德赛 》（Super Mario Odyssey）是任天堂游戏公司发行的开放世界动作冒险游戏（沙盒）。2017年10月27日独占登陆新主机NS（Nintendo Switch）。本作是睽违15年继承超级马里奥64以及超级马里奥阳光高自由度血脉的箱庭探索3D马里奥正统续作。游戏对应官方繁体中文和简体中文。EDGE，IGN和Gamestop均给出满分评定，媒体均给出极高的正面评价，综评网站Metacritic奥德赛的综评为97。
奥德赛（odyssey）：荷马所作，描述奥德修斯在特洛伊陷落后花费十年时间寻找归家路途的漫长史诗。可用于描述漫长而丰富的冒险旅途。这部史诗故事有两个重要主题：其一为前半部的“冒险”，其二为后半部的“回归”。
这是任天堂为这部超级马里奥的正统续作选择“奥德赛”作为副标题的含义。
剧情设定：
游戏故事叙述库巴绑走碧姬公主与来自帽子之国的帽子精灵女孩“缇雅菈”，逼迫碧姬公主与它结婚。身为碧姬公主爱人的玛利欧，为阻止婚礼，与缇雅菈的哥哥帽子精灵“凯比（cappy）”连手，搭乘帽子型飞船“奥德赛”周游世界，施展恰比附身的神奇帽子，拯救心爱的人归来。
