Young Americans is the ninth studio album by the English musician David Bowie, released on 7 March 1975 by RCA Records. The album marked a departure from the glam rock style of Bowie's previous albums, showcasing his interest in soul and R&B music.

Blackstar (stylised as ★) is the upcoming 25th studio album by David Bowie scheduled to be released on 8 January 2016, the date of Bowie's 69th birthday. The album will feature seven songs and the title track is scheduled to be released as a single on 20 November 2015. The track will be used as the opening music for the television series The Last Panthers. The album artwork was releaved through a video posted on Facebook on 18 November 2015.

Let's Dance is the fifteenth studio album by David Bowie. Co-produced by Chic's Nile Rodgers, the album contained three of his most successful singles; the title track, "Let's Dance", which reached No. 1 in the UK, US and various other countries, as well as "Modern Love" and "China Girl", which both reached No. 2 in the UK. "China Girl" was a new version of a song which Bowie had co-written with Iggy Pop for the latter's 1977 album The Idiot. It also contains a re-recorded version of the song "Cat People (Putting Out Fire)", which had been a minor hit for Bowie a year earlier.

Low is the eleventh studio album by English singer David Bowie, released on RCA Records in January 1977. Recorded largely in France following Bowie's move to West Berlin and decision to break his drug dependence, Low became the first of three collaborations with musician Brian Eno and producer Tony Visconti later termed the "Berlin Trilogy". The album marked a shift in Bowie's musical style toward an electronic and avant-garde approach that would be further explored on subsequent albums "Heroes" (1977) and Lodger (1979).
