As Branson finds himself playing a more crucial role at Downton than ever before, he can’t help questioning his place in this world. Meanwhile with still no news of her beloved Gregson, Edith suffers under the burden of her terrible secret. Downstairs, the servants are starting to consider what effect social changes may have on their working lives. While Daisy’s mind is opened to new possibilities, Mrs Patmore views such new and uncertain paths with trepidation. But with so much painful history, will they ever be able to completely move on, or will past secrets once again threaten their chance of ever finding happiness?

A bittersweet portrait into the mind of a dry-witted, sexual, angry, porn-watching, grief-riddled woman, trying to make sense of the world. As she hurls herself headlong at modern living, Fleabag is thrown roughly up against the walls of contemporary London, with all its frenetic energy, late nights, and bright lights, in this very modern mix of fatalism and hedonism, sustaining a merry-go-round of broken dreamers. By turns hilarious and heartbreaking, this is the thoroughly disarming confessional of a woman so totally detached, she’s utterly lost, and ultimately wondering what the hell she ought to be doing in life. Much like the rest of us.

Joanna Scanlan (The Thick of It, Getting On), Elaine Cassidy (The Paradise, Harper's Island) and Alexandra Roach (The Iron Lady, Utopia) lead the unorthodox crack team of cops at the heart of Paul Abbott's NO OFFENCE, an outrageous new police procedural series from the writer of Shameless and State of Play. Will Mellor (Dates, Broadchurch), Paul Ritter (Friday Night Dinner, The Game) and Colin Salmon (Arrow, 24: Live Another Day), join them in the mix of tough but big-hearted bobbies who go above and beyond to bring down the criminal rabble in a crumbling cop-shop.

The day after Professor Silverlake, consultant neurologist at the Dartmouth London hospital, has railed at three patients for smoking and drinking on the premises, all three are found dead. Silverlake, apparently the last doctor to visit the ward, later goes berserk with a rifle and is killed by police snipers. The ward's night nurse is also found dead. Nikki is deeply upset at having to perform an autopsy on a little girl who was murdered, apparently by Jason Bodle, on whom Silverlake once performed life-saving surgery, and wonders if the professor allowed himself to be shot out of remorse. Whilst Bodle is committed as unfit to plead, Silverlake's daughter, Naomi, asks Nikki to help clear her father's name of murder.
