a review of 星球大战节日特典

I've reached a point in my appreciation of the franchise that I don't even hate the Holiday Special, but enjoy it as a time capsule of what Star Wars was before The Empire Strikes Back put it on the road to what it has since become. It's pure dated '70s kitsch, but at the same time strangely timeless, insofar as Star Wars is built to be a virtual cabinet of curiosities that deliberately mashes disparate styles and tones together into one big amazing thing, and that is wonderful.
