我们从来只要求人具有法的的精神，但从来没有要求过法具有人的精神，而法的核心，也是为公平正义与人道发声，无论是法律还是国家，其职权范围都该以人权为界，任何有判断力的人都应该在一个无辜的人被定罪时思考法律是否存在问题，如果只是执行，那么根本不需要人来完成这项工作，至于大多数人都不知道大屠杀，就我所阅读的相关史料来看，恐怕并非如此，我是佩服Janning的，他是唯一一个在“叛国”压力下进行反思意识到自己犯下的罪行的，包括他呵斥Rolfe因为意识到纳粹行事在法庭上的死灰复燃，他的沉默忧郁和痛苦显出人的高贵来，然而正如Dan法官所说的，“你在判处第一个无辜的人有罪时就知道了。”
