Fun horror anthology

If you like Tales from the Crypt, Tales from the Dark Side, Creepshow, and similar horror anthology films, this is well worth watching. John Carpenter is a particular treat, hamming it up in the host segments as The Coroner. None of the three segments are truly remarkable, but the casting is fun and there are some good gory practical effects. It's entertaining seeing Stacey Keach and Mark Hamill try their hand at horror, and the little cameos by horror directors Tobe Hooper, Sam Raimi, and Wes Craven are fun Easter eggs for fans of the genre.
