Slow and dull

Theoretically this is based on the crimes of serial killer Ted Bundy, but there didn't seem to be much more than a superficial connection. A disguised guy in a van picks up hitchhiking girls, kidnaps them, and eventually kills them. An obsessed detective pursues the killer, but gets mixed results. There's not much in the way of gore or other cheap thrills, and the killer's motivation turns out to be kinda goofy. I was hoping for something a bit more grindhouse, but if the few instances of bared breasts had been removed this probably could've aired as a TV movie.
