War Between the Planets (1966)

Italian filmmakers know how to inject their sense of fashion even into horror B-films and this one is no exception. There is much fun to be made when the intrepid crew explores caverns that appear to be the interior of a stuffed pizza. There is some confusing mind control or something going on back on the ship. But then the film takes a dark turn when a set of jelly eggs is hinted at as a dire threat to Earth where they could well cause much of the same kind of mischief unless it can be stopped.
