I took my real digital camera out and snapped some more shots in our suburban neighborhood.

Last night had me debating the honesty of heavily-edited #aurora photos. My photos in the post above were generally straight-out-of-camera but they appear a bit dim after the excitement of last night faded, while these photos are aggressive edits of the raw files.
I think seeing others' strong edits of the northern lights had me struggling with what was a reasonable expectation of what I should see with my eyes and what I could see with a camera sensor.
