The dance-punk trio Gossip will return May 22 with a new record, A Joyful Noise, out via Columbia. It's the band's followu p to their 2009 album Music for Men. The record was produced by Brian Higgins of Xenomania (Kylie Minogue, Pet Shop Boys, Girls Aloud, Sugababes), and frontwoman Beth Ditto said she "spent the whole year listening to ABBA" while recording.
