简短的科普小册子，题目得加上 in the US，因为介绍的是美国民主的现状（不加太自大了），并没有对民主本质和发展的渊源做很多解释，感觉面向对象是中小学生和新移民。做得好的地方是图像的呈现，用了两种颜色的线条做对比，很巧妙地表现出民主是一种秩序下的混乱、妥协和合作。本书是 CCS 出品，感觉他们网站有很多漫画创作资源，可以深挖。

This is a 32-page comic book created by The Center for Cartoon Studies (CCS). It is the result of a collaboration of educators and world-class cartoonists and is designed to help teachers who are working hard to prepare students to be empowered, informed, and civic-minded.

Lead cartoonist, CCS graduate Dan Nott ‘18, is currently writing and drawing a book about infrastructure called for Random House Graphic.
