读过 History Comics: Hip-Hop 🌕🌕🌗🌑🌑
开读本作才知道自己对 hip-hop 的了解是多么有限，这本书很好的填补了我的知识缺陷，它回顾了 hip-hop 的先驱们帮我了解了 hip-hop 文化的范畴还有这种文化诞生的社会背景（一百多年来的音乐发展离不开黑人音乐啊）。但是，作为历史漫画，它的缺点是过于片面了，可以理解身为黑人的作者对自己的文化骄傲的认同感，不过完全不提 hip-hop 文化的负面影响就不够客观了，例如很多说唱艺人的炫富行为不能简单地用一句因为他们大多出身贫穷所以都有炫富的渴望就解释了，另外关于说唱音乐的歌词的诗歌性文学性也没有深入的讨论，结果是把 hip-hop 局限于有韵律的 party 音乐上。
