又是一部好作品，这本讲述了美国禁酒时期的历史，其中涉及到各个团体派系，以其说是记录一段跟酒精相关的历史，不如说是一段美国公民权利的斗争史， 其中涉及很多概念，例如什么干湿两派，经济大萧条，女性参政权，夹在两次世界大战之间（1920 到 1933），十八和二十一宪法修正案，芝加哥黑帮，3K 党，是属于一段与美国宪政与社会息息相关我却了解不深的历史。作品中将酒精拟人为一个爱尔兰酒徒的形象也挺好玩的。
