书如其名，2/3的章节有胞内运输的内容，2/3的章节有神经退行性疾病的内容，几乎没有任何一章能看到二者有机的联系，全书的章节也是编得松散无序，仿佛一眼窥到了为什么神经退行性疾病的分子细胞病理直到现在做得还是看似热火朝天实际乱七八糟...当然粗略读过，在知识上还是有不少收获的，不算浪费时间...
