Captain America: Brave New World (2025)Captain America: Brave New World is yet another disappointing addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, weighed down by endless reshoots and a lack of clear direction. The movie feels like an incomplete TV episode, offering little in terms of a compelling storyline or character development. Sam Wilson's journey as Captain America should have been an emotional and powerful experience, but instead, his character arc is rushed and underwhelming. The climax, where he seemingly wins through a simple pep talk, is laughably weak. Meanwhile, Red Hulk—who should have been a major highlight—is barely in the movie for 10 minutes, making his inclusion feel pointless. Most of the humor falls flat, lacking the charm and wit that once made Marvel films enjoyable. At this point, Marvel movies are starting to feel more like soulless, money-making machines rather than stories made with heart. There’s no emotional investment anymore. With "Avengers" returning next year, there should be excitement, but instead, there’s zero attachment to any of the characters introduced in the current phase. Without strong characters or a gripping story, "Brave New World" is just another forgettable entry in an increasingly directionless franchise.
