a review of 超级士兵

The concept of a super-soldier is not new. Movies like Robocop, Upgrade, and even Venom (to a certain extent) have explored the genre and have shown us how it is done. However, bringing the concept to an Indian setting and executing it flawlessly by doing justice to the genre deserves appreciation. I cannot recall a dull moment that seemed like a blatant rip-off in any way. The movie is not without its flaws, but it is a great case study for directors who are looking to explore more sci-fi action in the Indian setting. Sure, the impact of the romantic angle in the film might be low, but considering the genre of the film, anything more would have only caused a drag in the screenplay. This film is packed with hardcore super choreographed action that teleports you into an FPS game. Attack is thrilling, engaging, and game-changing, getting you excited for future installments.
