一层故事：护士用错药，老头自杀帮助护士脱罪，以实现自己的遗愿；一层故事：大孙子不服遗产无他，换药标签以使护士弄错进而杀死老头。护士弄错药，老头本不至死，奈何两人一顿分析，老头设计好脱罪方法，直接自杀。
然后两条线交错，护士以为是自己杀了人，大孙子意识到事态不妙，要怎么让护士背负罪名，偶然保姆撞见，保姆想要探查真相，被大孙子设计杀死，大孙子虽没有因为杀死老头获罪，却因保姆之死报应循环。
相较之下，一家子的破事反而影响不大。
ps：专业性是多么重要，我们的小护士通过掂量重量就不会输错药。
