a review of 如何炸毁一条管道

hahahahah cannot believe i forgot to log this. utterly hilarious film. one of the most inaccurate portrayals of how activist movements function that i've ever seen. somehow even more hilariously (derogatory) fictionalized than one battle after another. this film is not revolutionary as many people feel, but is in fact counter revolutionary. it allows viewers (looking at all the four and five star viewers) the ability to "plug in" to an activist movement in a fraudulent, adventurist way that allows them to come out of the film feeling radical or as if they've done something to help make the world a better place. ("i liked the movie about radicals, look at me, i'm helping.") the fact that this kind of story resonates with people is all the explanation needed for why humans, and especially americans continue to allow psycopathic monarchs to destroy humanity and the natural world.
