a review of 真正的痛苦

dunno what to feel about this. there are some nice sentiments. there are some beautiful images. there are kinda some nice cinematic elements? and it is also deeply cringe and annoying. i like to feel something when i watch a movie (usually), but i'm not sure if what i'm hoping to feel is annoyed. i think benji says fuck literally at least every other line. as a person who deeply loves and engages with saying the word fuck, it was overkill even for me. like deeply grating and distracting to the point i couldn't make sense of some of the lines. honestly felt like watching a seventeen year old class clown self destruct while you're trying to sink into a holocaust tour. he's such a fucking asshole. yeah, it's obviously due to mental health issues, but still, c'mon man. wish this was a little more stoic and less focused on this clown of a character.
