this is totally bonkers. absolutely skillful storytelling. imagine this is your literal directorial feature debut. and then on top of that you deliver this acting performance as the singular lead of your own directorial debut. imagine you're somehow discussing pretty traumatic stuff and still managing to inject some levity, both through the writing, and through the acting performance. completely unreal. loved the writing, loved the tone, loved what the camera was doing. the acting. all of it pretty much. loved sobbing. eva victor is an absolute force.
