a review of 2001太空漫游

dang, this rules. simple, but tasteful and attractive sets and costumes. writing is yum. feels like a long, beautifully descriptive poem. beautiful lighting and camera. incredible score. truly amazing anti-gravity optical illusions created through rotating sets and creative camera angles. so cool. freaking rad this was made almost sixty years ago. art is so cool. will prob skip the first twenty minutes or so on a rewatch. kinda weird, and adds not a lot to the movie. camera: 5 / 5 sets: 5 / 5 costumes: 5 / 5 score: 5 / 5 number of women in the movie: 0 / 5 writing: 4 / 5 acting: 3.5 / 5 i might be rating this too low.
