a review of 变蝇人

it's so much harder to enjoy a movie when it's full of dumbass, rapey men. none of the interpersonal relationships in this make any sense and the story and effects aren't nearly interesting enough to make me care about any of it. he still looks more or less like a human right up to the end, then transforms basically instantly in the last five minutes of the movie? no wings? c'mon. really wanted to like this but it's just gross in a bunch of ways that were completely bland to me.
