wow, i thought this was so cool. leave it to dan trachtenberg to get me to give literally any flying fucks about predator (first prey, now this). hilariously upbeat for a predator movie but i just loved the buddies on an adventure energy here. also, bud, i love you. awesome monsties, cool weapons. happy ending. (if any critique, it's that too many things fall into place for our protagonists and also some of the scenes are very too dark, as my genius friend noraa pointed out.) i dunno, cheesy at times, but it worked for me.
