we're on a mission...from god. this came off the start with a bang. so much style and swagger. very mythical feel. very cool editing and some novel concepts i'm sure i'll see replicated by other directors. great use of music at times. great acting from kara young (wow). sadly, it starts losing steam around the midpoint. i just didn't really understand the characters or their morals or their motivations or their choices. not saying that others won't be able to relate...just i couldn't. was still considering giving it four stars because i do think it's quite fun and interesting...but god damn that ending. nah. not for me. (also, alcohol...the one you drink...ethanol...does not burn like that. not even close.)
