I continue to find this movie impossible to talk about. I feel like there’s something here - something below the surface of this hyper stylized, hyper absurd comedy - but I for the life of me can’t tell you what it is. Maybe there isn’t anything, and its just a comedy with sauce. In a world that seeks to serve every one of its movies as dry as humanly possible, maybe that’s enough.
