a review of

First third of this movie is like - a charitable 1.5 stars. The voicemail narrator gimmick is so cheap. But once it gets going its actually compelling. Not the most innovative thing ever but I had a good time with it. This movie gets brownie points for:

• using deus ex machina to make things go to shit
• having a literal needle drop
• theyfab deputy. I thought that element on their character was really tasteful.
