finished watching Project Hail Mary 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
It's been a few months since I read the book now. It was a delight to experience the charm of Rocky again, though I still prefer the book. There were other characters, like Doctor Yao, that had a new depth to them that touched me in ways unlike the book. I had been warned that several parts had been cut out, though most of the story beats I was looking for were there. There's a lot that we skip in regard to the research and cultural exchange that I missed. For someone who hasn't read the book, you'd still find it a good experience.
