While watching it at New Town Plaza, I was so worried that once others knew her ability to change the weather, to what extent they would interfere with her using this ability. Would they form a Bureau of Weather Changing? Would they conduct a referendum on a proposal of weather changing? Would anyone bully her if she didn't follow their expectations?
