读过《Only to Sleep》 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
这本书算是命题作文，应钱德勒遗产委员会(estate)邀请续写侦探马洛的故事。之前我只看过一部钱德勒的马洛，感觉有点儿点儿那个意思吧，因为同样都是写上了岁数的马洛。不过这本小说不管怎么看还是Lawrence的故事，颓废拖沓，似乎不是很在乎情节的曲折，而仍然着重在一个孤独的人在异乡环境中的日常。案子本身相对简单，出场人物也不多，一些偶遇可能作为推理小说未免有点儿突兀，比如那个大夫。这是看过的第四本Lawrence小说，还是仍然觉得比他的非虚构作品差得远。
