包裹是利惠的朋友元子（桥本杏子饰）寄送的。她从海边的度假酒店给利惠发来了这个录像。在冬季，海边酒店顾客很少，于是作为宣传手段，这家酒店为年轻人提供免费的招待服务。在录像中，一脸天真的元子邀请利惠前往酒店。
于是利惠一人来到了这个名叫“汀”的酒店。冷清的酒店前台只有一名名叫添田的接待。添田让利惠从扑克牌中抽出一张牌。添田看着利惠抽出的黑桃牌流露出奇怪的神色，而这张黑桃牌会将利惠的命运引向何处……
