A young, naïve and idealistic Satya moves to Kurnool in hopes of a bright future. Discontent with how the city remains in the grip of a gangster, he decides to change the ‘treatment’ for the ‘disease’.

A man travels to Mumbai in search of his estranged brother, a feared figure in the criminal underworld. As he follows the trail through gang rivalries and shifting alliances, he uncovers a complex web of loyalty, deception, and violence that blurs the line between justice and revenge.

Balu, on a visit to his friend's hometown, falls for the latter's sister, Hema. When he learns that this area is ruled by a local goon, Kaasi, Balu teaches him a lesson. Now, Kaasi is seeking revenge.
