原　作 司馬遼太郎『翔ぶが如く』ほか
宛如飞翔是NHK于1990年1月7日～12月9日播出的第二十八部大河剧。以萨摩藩为中心，积极描写从幕末到明治维新时的历史故事，改编自司马辽太郎的同名小说。
故事里，西乡隆盛与大久保利通两人在岛津齐彬的庇护之下崭露头角，撼动了萨摩藩。凭著两人的力量，不但结束了江户幕府，并且一同参与明治维新，但在新政府内，两人的意见却互相不同。最后西乡下野并于西南战争时战死，大久保则遭到盗贼袭击而殒命。原作《宛如飞翔》是一部描写由征韩论争到西南战争时期的作品，本剧的第二部就是这个部份。而电视剧第一部则是编剧小山内美江子由《宛如飞翔》的部份内容再参照同为司马辽太郎原作的《龙马来了》与《最后的将军》情节所综合编成的剧本。第一部、第二部的旁白都使用鹿儿岛方言。
与前三年的作品比起来，本剧收视率略差一点；但是以幕末维新的题材而言，本剧的收视率可谓相当不错。由于本剧的内容并不轻薄，因此得到了很高的评价。

亮（吉冈秀隆饰）与家里的父亲发生了冲突，离家旅行到一个小镇，遇到了一家影院的经理活男（西田敏行饰），并留了下来工作，在影院工作的还有放映师常先生（田中邦卫饰），并认识了开咖啡店的八重子（田中裕子饰）。活男一直喜欢八重子，可惜后来终未能如愿，八重子离开了小镇。

Japan in the 1940s. A high school boy went into a magic encounter with Ozuka Hana, a geisha (pub-girl) when he traveled through Amagi Pass. A mysterious murder took place afterwards, an Ozuka was held responsible. 40 years later, the boy, who became a printing shop owner, was visited by a retired policeman who came from Amagi Pass. The truth then started to reveal itself.

Towards the end of WWII, the Navy gave the Kyoto University's physics lab the secret of a bomb that makes use of nuclear fission energy. While doing research to save Japan, the researchers there wonder if they should promote the development of weapons as scientists. Research enthusiast Ishimura Osamu tries to experiment purely but is at the mercy of the time period. His brother, Hiroyuki, also has to face the truth of the war. Asakura Setsu wants only to talk about the future. A story based on historical facts about youth during the tragedy of war.

Stuck in a fishing village in Hokkaido, Tadao's grand-daughter Haru is desperate to visit Tokyo, a trip Tadao is reluctant to make.

出生于东京的津村希原本有一个蛋糕师的梦想，但是满脑子不切实际想法的父亲津村彻（大泉洋 饰）让一家人的生活陷入危机，她和弟弟被迫跟着父亲和母亲蓝子（常盘贵子 饰）连夜逃到位于能登半岛的外浦村求生。一家人好不容易得到当地人的信任，并且在晒盐的桶作元治和文姐（田中裕子 饰）家里安定下来。可是彻死性不改，以致于小希（土屋太凤 饰）极度讨厌父亲的作为，早早扔掉了梦想，只希望能在当地市政府谋得差事，踏踏实实、本本分分地过完一生。只不过命运总会在不经意间发生转折，感受到前所未有悸动的女孩不经意间重拾梦想。
她偏离了为自己规划好的人生道路，而朝着美味的西点师的目标前进……

Japanese film

In 1964, Momoko came by herself to Tokyo from her hometown. She met Shūzō and married him. They raised two children together, but Shūzō suddenly passes away. Momoko is dumbfounded by being alone again. She begins to go to the library and borrows books. This changes her life.

The world-famous woodblock artist Hokusai (1760-1849), a widower in need of a steady income, lives with his daughter Oei in the house of his friend Bakin.

Yahagi Michiko is accosted and raped walking home one evening. From there she maneuvers the logistics of the police, hospital, and criminal justice system while balancing her home life including romantic relationships.

Toma lives in a small riverside town with his brutish father and his father's girlfriend. Witnessing his father's predilections for abuse, Toma becomes anxious that he will have inherited those urges.

Shuji was once a feared member of the Yakuza crime syndicate, but he's reformed his ways, abandoned his old life and left the city for a small coastal fishing town where he's become an honest fisherman.

故事从少女辻泽梁香（广濑铃 饰）与老婆婆林田亚乃音（田中裕子 饰）相遇开始，梁香失去家人，与社会脱节，找不到生存下去的方法，两颗遭遇背叛、欺骗，无法相信他人的心碰到一起，萌生出了某种感情，亚乃音努力保护梁香，假的家庭，假的人生，假的记忆，还有真实发生的事件，让少女逐渐发生改变……

概述
电视剧《苍穹之昴》是根据日本作家浅田次郎的同名小说改编而成，由中日双方合作拍摄。其原著更是一部非常不一样的小说，作者浅田次郎写中国历史小说，完全跳出日本观点，该书在日本近十年来销量最大的图书排行榜中一直雄踞榜首
剧情从昴宿星（昴mǎo，命运之星）的话题展开：一个靠捡拾街道上冰冻的牛粪马粪维生的穷小子春儿（余少群饰），遇到了占星师白婆婆，白婆婆说他是天上的昴宿星降生，他的命与乾隆、秦始皇一样，未来将“尽取中国一切财宝纳入囊中”。她的预言，支撑着苦命的春儿活下去，当他兄长死于饥饿后，他自阉入宫，经过一番奋斗与卖命，成为慈禧身边的大红人，接替李莲英之位，白婆婆的语言似乎真的应验了……然而他却不经意地被卷入政治的漩涡。
《苍穹之昴》以中国晚清为背景，以清宫为舞台，以慈禧为衬托，以余少群扮演的穷苦小子为主轴，讲述了一个穷苦小子在经历了社会变迁、人世沧桑，历经种种磨难后的成长及人性转变，比较详实地展现了晚清末期，朝廷内进行的一场激烈的斗争。年轻的光绪皇帝和他宠爱的珍妃以及正直的大臣们，主张奋发图强，维新变法，抵抗外侮，振兴中华。珍妃热情支持光绪维新变法，慈禧以珍妃违背朝廷家法，而遭贬为“贵人”，并在她的门前竖起“嫔妃不得干预朝政”的禁牌。珍妃不顾自己身处险境，仍惦念皇帝推行新政的情况。光绪见她忧国忧民，深为感动……

Something bizarre has come over the land. The kingdom is deteriorating. People are beginning to act strange... What's even more strange is that people are beginning to see dragons, which shouldn't enter the world of humans. Due to all these bizarre events, Ged, a wandering wizard, is investigating the cause. During his journey, he meets Prince Arren, a young distraught teenage boy. While Arren may look like a shy young teen, he has a severe dark side, which grants him strength, hatred, ruthlessness and has no mercy, especially when it comes to protecting Teru. For the witch Kumo this is a perfect opportunity. She can use the boy's "fears" against the very one who would help him, Ged.

The posthumous wish of Eiji's wife is for her ashes to be scattered in the ocean near her hometown. Eiji also learns that his wife letter for him at the post office before she died.

Minako (TANAKA Yuko), begins her day running up and down the hills of her hometown delivering milk door to door. When that's done, she heads to her day job as a supermarket cashier. Minako is 50 and single. In one of the houses to which she delivers milk is a man with whom she has secretly been in love since high school. The man, Keita (KISHIBE Ittoku), lives with his wife Yoko, who is terminally ill. Caring for her at home, he works in the children's affairs section of the local municipal office. Though he insists that he wants nothing more than an "ordinary" existence, his life is in turmoil below the surface. The director uses a variety of narrative devises to portray the loneliness, isolation, and hope of these people who have seemingly allowed their goals and dreams to slip away, whilst keeping them agonizingly close to hand.

The film depicts carnivalesque atmosphere summed up by the cry "Ei ja nai ka" ("Why not?") in Japan in 1867 and 1868 in the days leading to the Meiji Restoration. It examines the effects of the political and social upheaval of the time, and culminates in a revelrous march on the Tokyo Imperial Palace, which turns into a massacre. Characteristically, Imamura focuses not on the leaders of the country, but on characters in the lower classes and on the fringes of society.
